このたび2025年6月をもちまして、弊社代表の吉田素子が代表取締役社長を退任し、代表取締役会長に就任いたしました。それに伴いまして、取締役店長の田中有紀が代表取締役社長に就任いたしましたことをご報告申し上げます。

小さなお店ではございますが、より充実した専門性とアットホームさを大切に、お客様にとって信頼できる存在であり続けられるよう、少数精鋭のスタッフで力を合わせて精進してまいります

【代表取締役社長 退任のご挨拶】

平素よりネロ楽器をご愛顧いただき、心より御礼申し上げます。

私、吉田素子は2025年6月をもちまして、代表取締役社長を退任し、代表取締役会長に就任いたしましたことをご報告申し上げます。

2021年、創業者であり父・吉田邦生の急逝を受け、急遽会社を継ぐこととなりました。私は現在、ベルリンに本社を置く翻訳会社にて、品質管理責任者としても勤務しており、異なる分野でのマネジメント経験をネロ楽器の経営にも活かしてまいりました。年に2度の帰国と日々のオンラインで経営に携わってまいりましたが、日本の現場に常駐できないこと、お客様お一人おひとりと直接向き合う時間の不足、また自分自身がホルン奏者ではないことから、専門的な対応に対して引け目を感じることも多くありました。

私が社長として過ごした3年半、最初はお客様の顔も知らず、日本の音楽業界との接点もない中での手探りの日々でした。それでも、父を慕い通ってくださるお客様、誠実に働く社員たちに支えられ、私自身も少しずつこの会社への愛情を深めてまいりました。

その中で、「音楽を表現する上での特別な何か＝Something」を追い求めた父の理念に則って、よりお客様のご要望に寄り添ったサービスを実現するためには、現場を熟知し、お客様と直接向き合ってきた人物に経営を託すことが最良であると確信いたしました。そこで、店舗運営、経理、取引先様との関係構築など多岐にわたる業務を長年担ってきた田中有紀へ、経営のバトンを託すことといたしました。

お客様対応はもちろん、企業運営の知見も持つ田中は、創業者の想いを大切にしながら、新しい時代にふさわしい視点で会社を導いてくれると信じております。世代交代という意味においても、田中の就任は自然な流れだと感じております。

また、最も長く父の右腕として会社を支えてきた副社長・作道正徳の経験と知識は、今後も変わらず、私にとっても田中にとっても欠かせない存在です。会社全体を俯瞰し、時に厳しく、時に温かく意見をくれる彼の存在に、今後も大いに頼りながら歩んでまいります。

そして、修理技術を担う綿貫強の職人としての仕事ぶりも、変わらぬ信頼の礎です。寡黙に、実直に、丁寧な修理を続けてくれる彼の技術には、私もお客様も絶大な信頼を寄せております。

私は今後、代表取締役会長として、国内外のネットワークを活かしながら、事業方針の面から会社を支えてまいります。スタッフと力を合わせ、創業者の理念を次世代に繋ぎながら、常に進化する音楽の世界に対応できる柔軟さと、揺るがぬ信念を大切にしてまいります。

お客様、お取引先の皆様、そして音楽を愛するすべての方々に、改めて深く感謝申し上げますとともに、今後ともネロ楽器への変わらぬご厚情を賜りますよう、心よりお願い申し上げます。

【代表取締役社長 就任のご挨拶】

創業者・吉田邦生の時代より、長きにわたりご愛顧いただきまして、改めまして心より御礼申し上げます。

ネロ楽器が今日まで歩みを続けてこられましたのも、ひとえに皆様とのご縁と温かいご支援の賜物と、心より深く感謝申し上げます。

このたび私、田中有紀は、2025年6月をもちまして、吉田素子の代表取締役社長退任ならびに会長就任に伴い、株式会社ネロ楽器の代表取締役社長に就任いたしました。

私は北海道教育大学札幌校でホルンを学び、卒業後はヤマハ株式会社の旧埼玉工場でフレンチホルンの製造に携わってまいりました。2012年、ヤマハ豊岡工場への統合を機に退職した後、故・小島修一氏とのご縁によりネロ楽器に入社いたしました。

私自身は創業者一族ではございませんが、吉田邦生の時代から店舗運営・財務管理などの実務を通じて、会社の成長とともに歩んでまいりました。2021年の吉田邦生の急逝後は、吉田素子のもと、取締役店長として経営に関わり、オンラインで連携を取りながら、現場に根ざした日々を重ねてまいりました。

また、長年にわたり営業の第一線でネロ楽器を支えてきた副社長・作道正徳が本年還暦を迎えることを一つの節目とし、世代交代の流れの中で、現場から発信する、よりきめ細やかなサポートをお届けすべく、このたびバトンを受け取る決意をいたしました。

現在は、インターネットやSNSの普及に伴い、様々な情報が簡単に手に入る時代になりました。しかし、ヨーロッパの楽器メーカーが日本ではまだほとんど知られていなかった時代に、創業者・吉田邦生が自ら現地の工房まで足を運び、直接職人たちと信頼関係を築いて得た知見や専門性は、ネロ楽器の礎となっています。

また、AIやデジタル技術が急速に発展する現代だからこそ、人と人とが直接向き合い、専門的知識や確かな技術を兼ね備えた “アナログな拠点” の重要性は、今後高まっていくと感じております。

そうした時代において、私たちは専門的知識を備えたスタッフと、高度な技術を持つマイスターが常駐するホルン専門店として、お客様一人ひとりに寄り添い、きめ細やかで専門性の高いサービスを丁寧にご提供してまいります。

なお、前代表の吉田素子は今後、会長として国内外のネットワークを活かし、引き続き会社を支えてまいります。 作道の現場経験と専門性のある対応力は、ネロ楽器にとって唯一無二の財産です。また、修理技術者＆テクニカルアドバイザーの・綿貫強が担う修理技術も、ネロ楽器の信頼の根幹を支える存在であり、国内外のプレイヤーから厚い信頼を寄せられています。

単に「楽器を買う場所」ではなく、「迷ったときにはここに相談すれば大丈夫」と思っていただけるような、信頼と安心感を兼ね備えたお店を目指し、スタッフ一同誠心誠意努めてまいります。

微力ではございますが、皆さまのお力添えをいただきながら、真摯な姿勢で努めてまいる所存です。

Notice of Change in Company President

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support of Nero Music Co., Ltd.

As of June 2025, our former President and Representative Director, Motoko Yoshida, has stepped down from her position and assumed the role of Chairperson and Representative Director.

In her place, Yuki Tanaka, formerly Store Manager and Director, has been appointed as our new President and Representative Director.

Though we are a small company, we remain committed to maintaining a high level of expertise and a warm, personal atmosphere.

Together with our dedicated and experienced team, we will continue striving to be a reliable presence for all our customers.

Message from the Former President

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of Nero Music Co. Ltd.

As of June 2025, I, Motoko Yoshida, have stepped down from my role as President and assumed the position of Chairperson and Representative Director.

Following the sudden passing of my father, Kunio Yoshida, the founder of Nero Music, in 2021, I was called upon to take over the company on short notice. While I currently work in Berlin as a Quality Manager at a translation agency, I have applied my management experience from a different field to the operations of Nero Music. Over the past few years, I have been managing the company through twice-yearly visits to Japan and daily communication online. However, not being physically present in Japan, not having enough time to engage with each customer personally, and not being a horn player myself have all left me with a sense of limitation when it comes to offering the level of expertise our clients deserve.

During my three and a half years as President, I began with little knowledge of our customers or connections in Japan’s music industry. Still, I was gradually embraced and supported by the customers who continued to visit us in memory of my father, and by our sincere and hardworking staff. Through these experiences, I developed a growing affection for this company.

In keeping with my father’s founding principle, pursuing that special “Something”, which elevates musical expression, I came to believe that the best way to continue providing personalized, expert service was to entrust leadership to someone who knows our day-to-day operations and customers firsthand.For this reason, I have passed the baton to Yuki Tanaka, who has long overseen a wide range of responsibilities including store management, accounting, and relationships with business partners.

Tanaka not only has experience in customer relations, but also brings a sound understanding of business operations. I trust that she will carry forward the founder’s vision with a fresh perspective suited to this new era. Her appointment also represents a generational shift that feels both natural and timely.

I would also like to acknowledge the invaluable presence of our Vice President, Masanori Sakumichi, who was my father’s right-hand man for many years. His broad perspective and ability to offer both strict and warm guidance will remain an important source of support for both Tanaka and myself.

In addition, Tsuyoshi Watanuki, our repair technician, continues to serve as a cornerstone of trust. His quiet diligence and consistently meticulous craftsmanship have earned not only my respect, but also the deep trust of our customers.

As Chairperson, I will continue to support the company by leveraging both domestic and international networks and contributing to strategic planning. Together with our team, I will strive to carry forward the founder’s vision while remaining flexible in meeting the evolving needs of the music world.

To all our customers, partners, and everyone who shares a love for music, I extend my deepest thanks once again. I sincerely ask for your continued support and trust in Nero Music.

Message from the New President

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of Nero Music over the many years since its founding by Kunio Yoshida.

It is thanks to the many connections and warm support from our customers, business partners, and friends that we have been able to continue our journey to this day. I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation.

As of June 2025, I, Yuki Tanaka, have been appointed as President and Representative Director of Nero Music, following the resignation of Motoko Yoshida from the position of President, and her transition to Chairperson.

I studied French horn at Hokkaido University of Education in Sapporo, and later worked at Yamaha Corporation's former Saitama plant, where I was involved in the manufacturing of French horns. After leaving Yamaha in 2012 upon its integration into the Toyooka plant, I joined Nero Music through my connection with the late Shuichi Kojima.

Although I am not a member of the founding family, I have grown with the company through many years of experience in store operations and financial management under Kunio Yoshida’s leadership. Following his sudden passing in 2021, I have been involved in company management as Managing Director and Store Manager, working closely with Motoko Yoshida through online collaboration, while continuing to serve on the ground.

Marking a generational transition, I have decided to take up the baton as President, especially as our long-serving Vice President, Masanori Sakumichi, who has supported Nero Music on the front lines of sales for many years, reaches a new milestone in his career at age 60. I am committed to providing attentive and personalized support that stems from direct contact with our customers.

Today, in an era where information is easily accessible via the internet and social media, it is worth remembering that in the early days, European instrument makers were almost unknown in Japan. Our founder, Kunio Yoshida, personally visited workshops across Europe, built trusted relationships with master craftsmen, and acquired expertise that laid the foundation for our company.

In a world now rapidly shaped by AI and digital technology, I believe that the value of a hands-on, analog presence, where people interact directly and offer specialized knowledge and skilled craftsmanship, will only increase.

At Nero Music, we aim to be a specialized horn store where staff with in-depth knowledge and master artisans with advanced techniques are always available to serve each customer with care, expertise, and professionalism.

Former President Motoko Yoshida will continue to support the company as Chairperson, drawing on her extensive domestic and international network. The experience and expertise of Vice President Masanori Sakumichi are invaluable assets to Nero Music, and the repair work led by Tsuyoshi Watanuki, our repair technician and technical advisor, remains at the core of the trust we have earned from horn players across Japan and abroad.

We strive to be more than just a place to purchase instruments, we want to be the kind of shop where people can feel confident saying, “If I’m ever unsure, I know I can turn to them.”Together with our team, we are committed to creating a trustworthy and welcoming environment where our customers feel supported at all times.

Though my capabilities may be modest, I will continue to work with sincerity and determination, with the support of those around me.
